And lightning.

I’ve been keeping a studio diary for roughly twenty years, since I started my art foundation course at West Suffolk College, when the last thing I expected was to become an artist. Since then, and throughout my doctoral research, I’ve used twitter more and more as a site for notes to self and textual experimentation and random images but it’s not cohesive enough to be accessible to anyone else. So I’ve decided to start this Studio Diary page with a view to posting every week or two about what I’m looking at, working on, thinking about. Anyway, here’s a snippet from my piece Turn Right At The Statue of Love which appears in The Lost Diagrams of Walter Benjamin, edited by Sharon Kivland & Helen Clarke, and launching at Miss Read Art Book Fair in Berlin this weekend.
